Property prices at their lowest

Has the property market hit its lowest point and is now the time to get onto the maret and pick up a good deal before prices begin to rise?

Whilst the property market will not boom so soon, the decline in prices appears to be steadying and with rates dropping and banks beginning to lend more we could see more buyers re-enter the market now there is more confidence growing around being able to secure and maintain a mortgage.
